Indian Cold Pressing Company (ICPC) (ICPC) is a brand of Global Pinnacle Exports (GPE), an international export firm registered in Surat, Gujarat, India. ICPC operates exclusively as the consumer-facing brand for the sale of cold pressed oils. All payments, invoicing and legal compliance are conducted in the name of Global Pinnacle Exports (GPE) (GSTIN: 24BWSPC5793B2ZE).

2 Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, placing an order or creating an account, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.

3 Products and Descriptions

• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and nutritional information are accurate.

• Cold pressed oils are natural products and may vary slightly in colour, taste and aroma across batches. This is normal and not a defect.

• FSSAI License Number: 10726031000200. All products comply with applicable FSSAI regulations.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may differ.

• We reserve the right to modify product formulations, packaging and pricing without prior notice.

4 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

• Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is the final price.

• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking and cash on delivery (where available).

• All payments are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.

• Tax invoices are issued in the name of Global Pinnacle Exports for all transactions.

5 Orders

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• Order confirmation is sent via email upon successful placement.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability or suspected fraud.

• Bulk or wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms. Contact us at exports@gpeworld.com for bulk enquiries.

• All content on this website including logos, images, text, product descriptions and branding is the property of Indian Cold Pressing Company and/or Global Pinnacle Exports.
